My love of detail and ornamentation led me to explore surface pattern while in university. I found in particular painting assets and scanning them digitally into photoshop was a lot of fun. Combining these with my own digitally painted characters made for the project showcased below.

As well as creating patterns with traditional art to combine with my own paintings, I also enjoy creating pattern concepts digitally, and realistically seeing them in context using photoshop.
